HOW IT WORKS
-
Every engagement starts with a deep diagnostic session where we establish where you are right now, your current state, your values, what's working, what isn't, and what has to change. From there we work through the four pillars at a depth determined by the program you've committed to. Sessions are weekly, one hour each, via video call. Between sessions you have access to me via Voxer, voice notes, messaging, real time support when the difficult moment happens on a Tuesday and your session isn't until Friday. This is not a course with a human attached. It is genuinely individualised work.
-
No two sessions are the same, which is the point. Some sessions we go deep into identity and unlearning work. Some we work through a specific political situation you're navigating right now. Some we pull apart a pattern that keeps showing up. Some are purely strategic. The content follows you. Not a predetermined curriculum. I bring the framework. You bring what's real. We work with what's actually in the room.
-
The sessions are one hour per week. Outside of that there is no mandatory homework, no workbooks to fill in, no content to consume. What I will ask of you is reflection, noticing what comes up between sessions, paying attention to your patterns, trying things differently in real time. The work happens in your actual life, not in a worksheet. The depth of the work is not limited by how much spare time you have.
-
That's worth looking at honestly. Most coaching doesn't work because it stays surface level, it addresses behaviour without ever going near the mind underneath it. It gives you frameworks and strategies without touching the identity, the conditioning, the emotional reality or the political landscape you're actually operating inside. If your previous coaching felt like a more expensive version of the leadership courses that weren't working either, this is not that. This goes into the places most coaches won't and most clients haven't been taken. If you're still not sure, fill in the application form and let's talk. The conversation itself will tell you whether this is different.
-
That's exactly what the discovery conversation is for. As a general guide, if you are in crisis mode and something has to change now, 12 weeks gives you focused, immediate support. If you know you need deeper work and you're ready to properly rebuild how you operate, 6 months is where most clients land. If you want the full reckoning, identity, leadership, politics, brand, all of it at full depth, 12 months is the flagship. Tell me in the application form and we'll work it out together.
-
No. Some clients come to me at breaking point. Others are functioning well externally and quietly hollow internally. Others are ambitious and strategic and want to get ahead of the patterns before they become a crisis. The common thread is not how bad things are. It's that the current way isn't working and they know it. If you're waiting until things get bad enough to justify asking for help, don't. That's the model talking.
-
No. Coaching and therapy are different things and I am not a therapist. Therapy explores the past to understand the present. What we do is work with the present to build a different future, using your current leadership reality as the material. That said, this work goes deep. It touches identity, emotional experience and patterns that have often been running for years. If something comes up that is beyond the scope of coaching I will tell you that directly and support you in finding the right resource. The two can absolutely coexist.
INVESTMENT
-
I am taking on my first cohort of clients at a reduced rate in exchange for a detailed written testimonial and participation in a case study at the end of the engagement. The founder rate is not advertised publicly and is offered selectively during the discovery conversation. Founder spots are limited and will not be available indefinitely. If this is relevant to you, mention it in your application.

Life happens. If something significant arises during our engagement we can discuss what's needed. I don't offer refunds on completed sessions but I do work with clients as humans, not contracts. What I will say is that the clients who push through the moments that feel inconvenient are usually the ones who get the most out of the work, because those moments are often exactly where the real work is.
THE DOUBT QUESTIONS
-
That question is worth sitting with. Not ready for what exactly? Not ready to look honestly at your own patterns? Not ready to do the work that makes other people uncomfortable? Not ready to invest in yourself at this level? Every one of those is worth naming because every one of them is the exact thing this work addresses. I'm not here to talk you into anything. But if you're asking the question, something in you already knows the answer.
-
In my experience the people who do this work change. Not because I'm extraordinary, because they are. The work creates the conditions for change. What they do with those conditions is theirs. What I can tell you is that if you show up honestly, do the real work and not the comfortable version of it, and stay with the process, something shifts. It always does. The question is never whether change is possible. It's whether you're willing to be honest enough with yourself to let it happen.
-
Nobody unless you tell them. I do not share client names, details or the content of our sessions with anyone under any circumstances. Many clients expense this through their employer as professional development without disclosing the specifics of the work. What you choose to share with your organisation or anyone else is entirely your call. My role is to hold the space, not to report on it.
-
One hour per week. That's the session commitment. Everything else happens in the life you're already living. The patterns you're working on, you're already navigating them every day. The work doesn't add to your load, it changes how you carry it. If the timing genuinely isn't right, I'd rather you tell me that in the application than start and not be able to commit. But if the real issue is that you're too busy because you haven't solved the problems this work addresses, that's worth noticing.
